The primary purpose of urban parks is to provide space for public recreation. Comfort is a key factor that influences visitors' intention to return. Prestasi Park in Surabaya has experienced fluctuations in visitor numbers that may be linked to varying perceptions of park comfort. This study looks at how different aspects of park comfort influence the chances of visitors coming back. It uses a multiple linear regression model to figure out these connections. Twelve comfort indicators encompassing physical, social, and environmental aspects were examined to determine their significance in shaping revisit behavior. The findings reveal that several comfort dimensions notably impact visitors' intention to return, highlighting areas for park design and management improvement. While the study offers insights for improving urban park experiences, its focus on one park limits the generalizability of the results. Nevertheless, these findings lay the groundwork for evidence-based recommendations to optimize park comfort and encourage repeat visits, promoting more responsive and user-centered urban green space planning. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
