Liberty Society, a social enterprise focused on waste upcycling, struggles with accurate impact reporting due to inefficient manual and unstructured data collection processes. This research aims to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and traceability of its waste processing reporting system through a Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiative. The methodology employs Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify high-risk activities, Bizagi Modeler for process simulation, and the Dashboard Assessment Usability Model (DATUS) for evaluation. The redesigned client interaction workflow demonstrated a 9.89% improvement in time efficiency. Although the production process duration did not decrease, the intervention successfully enhanced data accuracy and process control. The designed dashboard artifact achieved a high mean usability score of 4.35 out of 5, validating its effectiveness for end-users. This research provides a validated, technology-enabled system that creates a foundation for credible sustainability reporting and data-driven decision-making for upcycling social enterprises. © 2025 IEEE.
