The paper was intended to measure the website of Agrivita Journal in the implementation of dialogic communication features. These communicative features indicate the management capability in the digital-based scientific journal process. The content analysis was employed, utilizing 31 dialogic communication features that five coders evaluated as the assessment instrument. The Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) approach was used to measure inter-rater reliability, and a composite index was used to assess the implementation strength of each feature. The results showed that the ICC calculation based on the two-way random effects model and absolute agreement was considered reliable. ICC values of features such as the layout of the Agrivita website, the publisher profile page, and visitor statistics were scored 1.00, indicating that the respective features perform an exceptional and consistent execution in facilitating effective bidirectional communication. Meanwhile, minimal ratings resulted from features like the FAQ page, referring to the lack of information transparency and participation from website users. This study also indicated that improving interactive and informative elements on the website is substantial to induce higher participation from the scientific users. Moreover, the study also pointed out that the evaluation conducted by journal management should include principles of dialogic communication as a strategic reference to enhance governance quality and achieve international indexing. © 2025, Agriculture Faculty Brawijaya University.
