This research discusses a model that illustrates the changes of the concentration of aflatoxins in plants, animals, and humans, which spread through food and animal feed consumption. The model in the form of an ordinary first order autonomous system is converted into a model with a fractional order, especially using the Caputo fractional derivative operator. In the modified model, a dynamic analysis was carried out including determination of the equilibrium point, conditions for the existence of the equilibrium point, and local stability of the equilibrium points. The results of the dynamic analysis are then compared to the dynamics of the ordinary order system. Numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate and verify the analysis results. © 2025 Author(s).
