This paper was intended to estimate water price at Selorejo dam. Selorejo dam was located at Malang Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia. The water value was analyzed for hydro electrical power and irrigation. Checking water value was due to benefit-cost ratio, the difference between benefit and cost based on Internal Rate of Return (IRR) as an important estimation of economical engineering. Result was used as a considerable input for Water Department as an evaluation of capability Selorejo dam economically.
