This study was aims to analyze the dynamics BUMDes in the process of economic empowerment of rural communities in Indragiri Hilirregency through BUMDes. The approach used in this study was a case study with qualitative research methods phenomenology perspective. The research was conducted in Indragiri Hilir by involving some stake holders who participated in the activities BUMDes with economic empowerment. © Medwell Journals, 2016.
