This study has two (2) main objectives: (1) analyze the cost of domestic resources bali cattle according to the typology of business and (2) analyze the efficiency of the bali cattle business according to the typology of the business. The Moyo Watershed Place was in Sumbawa regency of year 2016, with the respondents was 50 peoples randomly and a key figure head of the village, head of livestock, middlemen, wholesalers/inter-island, trader tools, materials and farming medicine and animal husbandry and animal health of Sumbawa regency. The method of collecting respondents, randomly based on a typology of business with survey method and analyzed by (1) Domestic Resource Cost (DRC) and (2) analysis of the 'Policy Analysis Matrix (RAM). Bali cattle ranchers in the Moyo Watershed down stream area of Sumbawa regency of West Nusa Tenggara in the business was used Three (3) business typologies, namely: (1) typology of breeding, (2) the typology of business savings and (3) the typology of business combination (1+2). Comparative competitiveness of Bah cattle business typology as indicated by the DRCR value of each typology of breeding 0.24; typology of savings 0.37 typologycombination 0.33. Competitiveness was indicated in the PCR value that the typology of breeding 0.27; typology of savings 0.41 the typology of combination 0.31. © Global Science Publications.
