Testing or evaluating is one of activity in a learning process. There are some kinds of testing that are used to be applied in higher education. Like paper-based testing or computer-based testing. In Malang, Indonesia, there are many higher educations that are always having evaluation schedule. Let's called by midterm examination. The midterm examination had been held in three months after the lectures started. Present time, paper-based testing is still used, in midterm examination or even in the final examination. But in some subject matters, computer-based testing is being used. Just like in Informatics and Computer subject matter, the midterm examination is using a computer-based testing. In this Research, we would like to know about implementing of online testing in higher education from the student's point of view and the lecturer's. © 2017 IEEE.
