This study aims to design and develop mobile applications on the sale of handicraft products from Papua, and test applications using black-box testing and usability testing. Black-box testing tests the functions of the application and usability testing to test the usefulness of the application for the user. The application was developed using the Ionic framework and using a MySQL database. The black-box testing concludes that all of the tested functions are valid. The results of the usability evaluation found that the application of Papua.id has a "good" usability level. It means that the application is acceptable enough to the user, but needs improvement for the content, organization, and legibility criteria, as well as performance and effectiveness criteria, since both of these criteria get the "Moderate" usability level. © 2018 IEEE.
