Abstract

Remembering that almost 80% of Saudi Arabia's revenue comes from oil that all know a few years back world oil prices have fallen in price. So it takes another alternative source of potential economic commodities as income from the country which is also as one form of economic diversification of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Given the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a country with a royal government system or monarchy led by a King it is very easy to revitalize renewal management of economic resources. Building Optimization Deep Intelligence Investment Framework using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Extreme Learning Machines (ELM) as a New solution for Enhancing and Diversifying Investment Activities in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has two things to do. First, the acquisition referred to in this idea is the acquisition of the power of an enterprise by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by controlling most of the company's shares or company assets with the type of individual or foreign ownership. Technically, this process is done by re-evaluating property ownership or potential business that developed in King of Saudi Arabia as well as in other countries such as investment in Hospitality, Property, Agriculture, Mining, and other economic sectors. Second, build the Framework modeling, considering the process and simulate the investment diversification option through acquisition will involve many or multi-economic variables, both on input variables and on output variables. Therefore, an ideal and flexible approach to solving them is an approach by creating a simple and fast framework, yet very reliable in overcoming any changes that occur at any time, without having to do a long analysis. © 2018 IEEE.
