Solar and wind power are re most promising energy sources, they have greater availability in all areas and no need higher cost than others. Utilization of DC-DC converters in hybrid system are needed because this connect between energy resources and power grid. The gain adjustments based on PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controller are used to maintain the operating region of Buck Converter. In order to determine optimal settings for the PID parameters under different test scenarios, an adaptive mechanism based on MIT rule is used. DMRAC (Direct Model Reference Adaptive Control) is well accepted for its simple design and good performance. In this paper, the gain adjustments are responsible to improve the transient performance. © 2018 IEEE.
