Radiation and heating effects of the mobile phone to an inhomogeneous human head model are analyzed at the different frequencies. Finite Different Time Domain (FDTD) with Mur boundary condition and Bio-heat Equation calculates to get the electric field absorption rate and temperature changes. Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is calculated in the two different ways and compare the 10 g SAR results at the different types of the incident power. The equivalent dipole antenna that has the incident power of 1 W, 0.6 W, and 0.125 W are computed in a numerical way. The effects of different antenna power at different frequencies are also studied. © 2018 IEEE.
