Abstract

Wedding package bookings are heavily dependent on customers’ selection of the desired location or venue. Additionally, the booking process is time consuming, as it cannot be directly completed without surveying the building’s or wedding venue’s location. To address these challenges, we propose a novel approach by designing a wedding package booking system that utilizes 360-degree panoramas, founded on a user-centered design methodology. System Usability Scale (SUS) was employed to assess the developed system, involving 20 prospective brides and grooms who had previously ordered wedding packages. Our obtained SUS value of 80.7 falls within the acceptable category, indicating an excellent rating. © Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Computer Applications and Management 2025.
